Our Story

Shaban Clark Coetzee Attorneys has had an established presence in Johannesburg since 2001 with our founding partner, William Clark, commencing practice as an attorney in Johannesburg in 1998, and our co-partner, Soria Coetzee, partnering with Will in 2008.

Our team has experience in a spectrum of legal services, which include inter alia collections and recoveries, general high court and magistrate’s court litigation, construction law (including due diligence and compliance law), insurance law, criminal law, labour and employment law, property law, family law, corporate and commercial drafting including commercial drafting for the IT industry, administration of trusts and estates, alternative dispute resolution, personal injury and road accident fund law.

We approach each matter on a client specific basis depending on individual circumstances. Our objective is to ensure the provision of sound legal solutions with effective results driven by the client’s intended outcome.
